SSFC Podcast, Section 53: Resuming the USMNT Window

It’s been a wild goose chase, but we’re back Section 53 by SSFC Podcast! We summarize USMNT window that had just finished, which was limited by a victory over Mexico to win the Concacaf Nations League. USMNT lost on the way to Switzerland 2-1, but they came back to win 1-0 against Honduras, 3-2 after extra time against Mexico and 4-0 in a friendly match against Costa Rica.

We focus primarily on Nations League matches and only everything as we saw during these two matches. It was just as Concacaf-y of a tournament as Concacaf has ever had. It had it all – a waste of time, matches, VAR not allowed goals, VAR allows 2 penalties, a penalty save, mistakes and above all energy and passion. And USMNT showed the match and perseverance that many fans have been waiting a long time to see.

Don’t forget to like, subscribe, rate and browse the podcast! We will try to land a guest next week to discuss the Octagon as we know what the last 3 teams are with USMNT, Mexico, Jamaica, Costa Rica and Honduras this fall!
