At a time when WWE was cutting talent both on the main list and in NXT, the company reached two NXT stars for new contracts.
Fighting choice reports Ever Rise (Chase Parker and Matt Martel) signed new WWE contracts.
The two wrestlers played various appearances for WWE in 2016 as Jobs and were eventually signed for bids in 2019. The company has used them much later in both NXT and 205 Live.
The report says they had heard WWE had offered them new contracts months ago when WWE wanted to get Ever Rises’ contracts to “match” in the long run.
It was confirmed by WWE sources that Ever Rise agreed on the new deals months ago, but there is still no word on how long the deals will last.
Before joining WWE, they worked for various campaigns such as Chikara, International Wrestling Syndicate and ROH.
