San Francisco Giants captain Brandon Bell injured himself trying to score the green light against the Angels on Wednesday.
The San Francisco Giants face against Los Angeles Angels Wednesday is in absolute excitement, but things took a turn for the worse for the Giants at the top of the eighth inning. First star Brandon Bilt got down in motion and was unable to get up right away.
With the score tied 1-1 late into this, Bildt attempted to capitalize on a foul by sprinting back home. Unfortunately, he was fired and also appeared to suffer a leg injury in the process. Just brutal.

As you can see in the video above, Pelt was clearly in a lot of pain and discomfort. He was trying to reach what appeared to be his hamstrings while on the floor. He was able to get out and back into the club with the help of the coaches.
In the year, the belt hit 0.253, with 11 home runs and 28 RBI. With Bilt and other San Francisco players stepping up their game this season, the Giants currently hold the top spot in the NL West standings with their 47-26 record. Everyone thought the Dodgers would be number one at this point in the season, but Los Angeles is three games behind the Giants.
It goes without saying, but the Giants are hoping Bildt can get back to full health as soon as possible to help the team try to fend off the Dodgers. Stay tuned for new updates on the Belt, but so far, there is a lot of concern about its health.
