Watch: England players sing ‘Sweet Caroline’ after reaching the Euro 2020 final

England They reached their first major tournament final since 1966 and the players loved every second of the festivities at Wembley after their 2-1 win over Denmark in the semi-finals.

As it became a new tradition, Wembley PA rallied with Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline and sang 60,000 along with the infectious chorus – including the players themselves.

For the first time in the competition, England conceded a goal – Thanks to an amazing free kick by Mikel Damsgaard – But they answered the question if they were able to answer.

Within 10 minutes, Gareth Southgate’s men were back on the line, after a good job by Bukayo Saka to force AC Milan defender Simon Kjaer into an own goal.

Denmark saw some spells, but in the end England dominated, although they weren’t able to break through until extra time, when a controversial penalty was awarded for a questionable foul on Raheem Sterling. Kasper Schmeichel saved Harry Kane’s penalty, but sent the rebound.

Obviously, this means the world to the whole team. Watch the scenes behind the celebration below:
