The Duchess of Cambridge is coming out of isolation to take part in the Wimbledon ladies’ singles final tomorrow accompanied by Prince William, Kensington Palace has announced.
She also participates in the men’s finals on Sunday in a weekend dominated by sports.
The Duchess is not expected to come from SWI9 to Wembley to watch England take on Italy in the Euro final later in the evening, but the Duke, who is president of the FA, will be in the stands cheering on Gareth Southgate’s team.
It is not yet known if he will be joined by Seventh Prince George, who was in the stands to watch England beat Germany in the knockout stages.
As patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC), the Duchess presented the Wimbledon trophies for the first time in 2019.
An avid tennis fan, she participated in the championship on Friday, day five, but was forced to leave suddenly after finding out she had to isolate herself.
