It looks like Jayson Tatum and Ime Udoka are getting to know each other.
Udoka is, of course, the new head coach of the Boston Celtics. Meanwhile, he’s on Gregg Popvich’s Team USA coach for the Olympics later this month.
And judging by an Instagram post on Tuesday, the duo enjoyed each other’s company at training (scroll to the fourth picture)
It is a sight that Celtics fans undoubtedly hope to get used to.
This is not the first time that Tatum and Udoka’s paths cross the national stage, where Tatum will also play in the Team USA FIBA team in 2019, while Udoka was coach. This experience seemed to have left Tatum impressed as he was reportedly completely on board with the hiring of Udoka to replace Brad Stevens in Boston.
