Ng On Yee’s professional debut has been suspended due to COVID travel restrictions.

Ng Eun Yi

Still valid until: July 14, 2021
Updated: June 28, 2021
Last updated: From 1 July, the UK will move to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government’s list of “high risk” places. This means that from 1 July all passenger flights from the UK will be denied landing in Hong Kong and that all passengers who have been to the UK for more than two hours in the past 21 days will be refused entry into Hong Kong (‘Entry Requirements’ page).

There was a disappointment yesterday as it was confirmed that Ng On Yee will not be able to play in the Champions League. On Yee was scheduled to start her career in a group that included Ronnie O’Sullivan. She will be replaced by amateur snooker player Saqib Nasser – the next player on the Q School of Merit Ranking List.

Ryan Evans will start her campaign against Germany’s Simon Lichtenberg on Thursday, July 22nd.
